I made a Kiwi information video Kiwi movie
I am a student at Hornby Primary School. I am a year 6 and my teacher is Mrs Thorp. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Kia ora Riley. I was really impressed at your planning and the work put into this video. You have focused on the needs of the kiwi and the Nest Egg programme which is so important. Did you find out the things that kiwis like to eat? They would have to look hard to find shelter in any of our back yards. Good work!
ReplyDeleteWOW Riley. You included a lot of great facts in your video. You spoke clearly and used a loud voice.I liked that you didn't move around and that you kept looking at the camera. That made it easier to hear and understand you.SUPER WORK!.I can't wait to watch your next video.
ReplyDeleteCan you tell me what food in particular,a kiwi likes to eat?.
Keep up the super work!!!!.
Hi Riley!
ReplyDeleteI love how you explored your topic learning today! What an amazing job! You looked very prepared and clear. I am also impressed by how you made, saved and linked your video on blogger. Good job. There are many skills involved in you creating this little project. Well done for taking your time and working through it! At the end of the video you mentioned that there was nowhere for the kiwi to live here. I wasn't sure what you meant. Did you know that when the DOC workers set traps for the pests there are so many more native birds and kiwis. i think I saw kiwi tracks in the snow on a mountain once.
